Pastor Kim Outlaw – Senior Pastor
As the Senior Pastor and Founder of Living Water Fellowship Church, she has been able to bring the unadulterated word to her congregation since its inception. In 2008 They began leasing space from a Seven Day Adventist Church. Just over a year in a half they were granted a little over a million dollar loan to purchase their own worship facility that they converted from and old grocery store and pharmacy. Known for her candid teaching and the ability to keep it real, under her leadership, the church has grown from its humble beginnings of 17 members to over 1700 making it one of the fastest growing churches in Indianapolis. A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, Pastor Outlaw attended Indianapolis public schools and graduated from Broad Ripple High School. She attended Cross Roads Bible College and Indiana Bible College. She received a bachelor’s degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Speaker, preacher, and teacher, Pastor Kim has found her passion in reaching the souls of everyone where they are. Her “keeping it real” philosophy has guided many lives to seek God. She understands that life is filled with transitions that cause people to move in various directions in which they may experience happiness, success, hurt, pain, and even failure. LWFC was birthed to provide a home for GOD to minister, encourage, inspire and love His people where they are. Pastor Kim and Steve Outlaw were married in 1997 and together they have three sons.
Pastor Steve Outlaw – Co-Pastor
Pastor Steve Outlaw was born in Los Angeles, California and later moved to Indianapolis, Indiana as a child. He attended St. Rita’s grade school and went on to transfer to Pike Township Schools where he graduated from Pike High School. He furthered his education at Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA. After leaving Southern he moved back to Indianapolis and began working at International Truck & Engine where he met his wife of nineteen years & Ministry partner. Pastor Steve got saved in 1997 and began faithfully serving in Ministry in 2000. Pastor Steve returned to college and obtained a degree in accounting to assist in his roles as Director of Operations and Co-Pastor of Living Water Fellowship Church.
